It turns out that the split might be more amicable than most people assumed. A new report out this weekend suggests that Katie and Tom are working out a divorce settlement in order to avoid a public battle. Keep in mind, this report has not been confirmed but it does make sense and it also says to me that Katie is in more control than many people believe
